I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating a wide range of life challenges, from everyday stressors and relationship concerns, to mood disorders, trauma/PTSD, and neurodevelopmental such as ADHD and Autism.
With extensive experience working in hospital settings and acute psychiatric wards, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals during some of their most vulnerable and challenging moments. In these environments, I provided therapeutic counselling support, crisis intervention, and emotional de-escalation to individuals presenting with diverse and complex mental health needs. This experience has deeply shaped my compassionate and grounded approach. For me, no concern is ever too small or too overwhelming to work through together.
I utilise an integrative counselling approach, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities. This allows me to tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. My person-centred philosophy underpins all my work, ensuring that each client feels heard, respected, and empowered throughout their journey.
Cultural competency is also at the heart of my practice. I value and honour the rich diversity of backgrounds, beliefs, and identities that each client brings. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all, where healing, growth, and self-understanding can flourish.
Whether you are seeking support for a specific mental health concern, needing a space to explore your emotions, or navigating a life transition, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we can work towards building clarity, resilience, and well-being at a pace that feels right for you.
