Services

  • Sensory Profiling:

I offer a detailed assessment identifying individual sensory preferences and sensitivities to support emotional regulation and daily functioning.

  • Feel Like Yourself Again.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, loss and grief, trauma or life transitions, individual counselling can help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.

  • Helping Young People Navigate Life’s Challenges

Growing up isn’t easy. I provide a safe, supportive space child, youth, and teens to express themselves, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills.

  • Family counselling provides a supportive space for families to strengthen communication, resolve conflicts, and navigate challenges together.

It focuses on understanding each person’s perspective while improving the way family members relate and connect with one another.

Sessions may involve the whole family or just some members, depending on what is most helpful.

The goal is to create healthier patterns, deepen relationships, and build resilience so families can move forward with greater harmony and understanding.

    • I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments to help make counselling more accessible for clients experiencing genuine financial hardships.

    • A sliding scale means that session fees may be reduced for eligible clients, while still ensuring that the practice remains sustainable and able to continue providing high-quality care.

    How sliding scale appointments work:
Sliding scale appointments are generally offered:

    • to clients experiencing financial hardship

    • for a limited number of places at any one time

    • at a set reduced rate or fee tier (rather than negotiated session by session)

    • with a review period (for example, every 3 months) to reassess whether the reduced fee is still required and available

This approach allows me to provide support in a way that is compassionate, clear, and sustainable, while reducing the risk of inconsistent fees or financial strain on the practice.

    Sliding Scale Eligibility:

    • Sliding scale appointments are available for clients who are experiencing genuine financial hardship and may otherwise be unable to access counselling support. To ensure this process is fair, consistent, and respectful for all clients, reduced-fee places are offered based on both financial need and current availability.

    • Clients requesting a sliding scale fee may be asked to provide brief information about their current circumstances, such as whether they are:

      • currently unemployed

      • receiving Centrelink or other income support

      • experiencing temporary financial hardship (e..g, unexpected medical, family, or housing expenses)

      • managing significant financial commitments that are affecting their ability to access therapy

    • In some cases, I may ask for supporting documentation (for example, a current concession card or evidence of income support), particularly where a reduced-fee place is requested for an ongoing period.

    • If a sliding scale place is offered, the fee arrangement will usually be reviewed periodically (for example, every 3 months) to ensure it remains appropriate and sustainable.

    Requesting a sliding scale place

    • If cost is a barrier to accessing counselling, you are welcome to discuss this with me.

    • Sliding scale places are considered a case-by-case and depend on current availability.

Please note that prices are subject to go under review and changes according to PACFA’s recommendation
